Ryan's Birthday

My family threw Ryan a surprise party.  For those who know Ryan he enjoyed his gifts, such as bacon, ranch and even a deed in the Hidden Valley. I love you babe, I hope you had a great birthday.

for Gabriel

Gabe loved all his presents including the tissue paper.  We have decided to celebrate his birthday on March 1.  On Feb 28 it did not feel official that he was one. So March 1st it is.  He enjoyed his chocolate cake but he was a little scared of blowing out the candle.  I have a cute video but the computer is having problems posting it maybe I will try later.

Gabe had a blast making a mess and finger painting in the bath tub.  Since I knew he would try to eat the paint I made chocolate and banana pudding.  That was an extra fun thing for him!! 

He plays very well by himself.  His favorite things to do are:

read books, play in his tunnel from IKEA, do anything outside, look out the window, play with balls and trucks!!! Typical boy right?

We had a very Merry Christmas!!!

For some reason we get asked to be in a nativity almost every year, however this year Gabriel was asked to be baby Jesus.  I was nervous about this but he must have known how important it was because he was so good.

As soon as I took his pacifier out, in went the peanut.
